摘要:
2006年12月26日20时26分和20时34分,台湾屏东县相继发生两次芮氏规模7.0地震①。地震发生后,屏东县立即成立了“12.26震灾”灾害应变中心,积极开展灾害防救工作。通过此次地震的抢救过程,检讨分析应变中心应变机制之优缺点,希望今后能为相关单位进行重大灾害抢救时提供参考,并得到更准确、适用、有效的抢救作业程序。
Abstract:
Two severe earthquakes occurred at 20:26 and 20:34 on December 26,2006 in Pingtung.They were with 7.0 on the Richter scale.After the earthquake,the Pingtung County started the “12.26 earthquake” disaster response center and dispatched crews and equipment to the Hengchun Fire Station,which was set as the disaster response and dispatch ststion command post.The purpose of this study was to investigate the merits and defects of the operation procedure during this Pingtung earthquake.It is expected that this examination will be the rescue reference in severe disasters for other organizations in the future.In addition,it is hoped that more precise and feasible Standard Rescue Operation Procedures can be established from the results in this study.
