计算和研究了2008年5月12日四川汶川MS8.0巨震在其强余震断层面上产生的完全库仑破裂应力变化,分析了该变化对强余震的动态和静态应力触发作用。结果 显示,汶川主震后15天内发生的7次MW≥5.5强余震均受到了动态和静态库仑破裂应力的综合触发作用。

We calculate and study the complete Coulomb failure stress changes caused by the 2008 MS8.0 Wenchuan,Sichuan,earthquake,and analyze the dynamic and static stress triggering effects on seven strong aftershocks.The results show that the seven strong aftershocks that occurred during 15 days after the Wenchuan main shock are all subjected to the triggering effects of both dynamic and static Coulomb stresses.
