运用改进的AI算法对1970年以来广西及其邻近北部湾海域ML≥4.5地震进行回溯性研究。结果 表明,AI指数能够量化地给出中强地震前小震活动的“加速”或“减速”的变化程度,在1~3年背景下,这种异常现象较明显,可为该地区开展中短期地震趋势分析提供新的判据。

By using the improved Acceleration Index algorithm(AI),we did a retrospective research for ML≥4.5 earthquakes in Guangxi and its adjacent Beibu gulf region since 1970. The results show that the AI index can show the quantification change degree of strengthening or weakening activity of micro-earthquakes before the moderate-to-strong shocks,and the outstanding feature is more remarkable in 1 year before the moderate-to-strong shock compared to background time of 1~3 years. It will provide a new identification index for short-intermediate-term seismic tendency analysis.
