对一种典型IDC机柜进行了往复拟静力加载试验,以研究其损伤特征,获得力学性能参数。试验中对两个相同的机柜分别进行了沿短边和沿长边方向的往复加载,逐渐增大机柜顶部位移幅值,直至机柜严重破坏,观察其损伤发展过程、特征损伤现象,记录其承载力-位移滞回曲线。试验结果表明:对于此类通信机柜,门板和侧板丧失支撑作用,随后立柱-横梁节点焊缝持续开裂是关键的损伤机制,在建立有限元分析模型时应重点考虑。
Internet data center(IDC)is the core node of telecommunication networks,and IDC cabinet is one of the most important devices in internet data centers.In this study,quasi-static loading tests of a kind of typical IDC cabinets,whose results can help to understand the damage characteristics of this kind of IDC cabinets and to obtain the key parameters describing their mechanical performance,were carried out.In the tests,the same two cabinets were loaded along the short-side direction and the long-side direction respectively.The displacement on the top of the cabinets is increased gradually until the cabinets were seriously damaged.During the tests,the damage characteristics and the failure process of the cabinets were observed.The bearing capacity-displacement curves of the cabinets were obtained.The test results indicated that,for this kind of cabinets,the failure of the door and side plates,along with the cracking of the column-beam weld were two key damage characteristics,which should be considered when establishing the finite element models for this kind of IDC cabinets.
