福建沿海地区现存大量既有石砌体房屋,其石砌体墙多数为整毛石干砌甩浆砌筑,砂浆强度低且灰缝饱满度差,结构未设置抗震构造措施,整体性及抗震性能差,对此类房屋进行抗震加固是城乡建设工作的重点。分析既有石砌体房屋的构造组成特点及抗震薄弱环节,综述了整毛石墙体抗震加固技术研究进展与应用情况,总结了目前整毛石墙体抗震加固研究方面存在的不足。最后根据新材料、新技术的发展,提出采用与石材材性相匹配的超高性能混凝土进行整毛石墙体加固的研究展望。
There are a large number of existing stone masonry houses in the coastal areas of Fujian Province.Most of the stone masonry walls in Fujian are built by dry laid stones with coarse blocks.The mortar strength is low and the masonry joint plumpness is poor.The structure is not provided with seismic structural measures,and the integrity and seismic performance are poor.Seismic retrofitting is the focus of construction work.By analyzing the structural characteristics and seismic weak links of existing stone masonry buildings,this paper summarizes the research and application of seismic retrofitting of stone masonry walls,points out the deficiencies in the current research of stone masonry walls,and provides a reference for further research on seismic retrofitting of stone masonry walls.Finally,based on the development of new materials and new technologies,the research prospect of strengthening stone masonry walls with ultra-high performance concrete that matches the material properties of stone is put forward.
