阐述了工程场地抗震韧性的概念; 围绕稳定性和恢复力两个韧性特征,分析了场地条件及特征参数、地震危险性、地震地质灾害、工程对场地的功能要求、地震危险性分析能力、资源保障能力、应急管理能力等因素对工程场地抗震韧性的影响; 在此基础上构建了工程场地抗震韧性评价指标体系。利用该评价指标体系,并借助合理的评价方法,可实现工程场地抗震韧性的定量评价。
The concept of seismic resilience of engineering sites is expounded.Based on the two resilience characteristics—stability and resilience,the influence of site conditions and characteristic parameters,seismic hazard,seismic geological hazard,functional requirements of the engineering to the site,seismic hazard analysis ability,resource support ability,emergency management ability on the engineering sites,seismic resilience is analyzed.On this basis,the evaluation index system of seismic resilience of engineering site is constructed.By using the assessment indicator system and reasonable assessment method,the quantitative assessment of seismic resilience of engineering sites can be realized.
