摘要:
为研究SMA丝-叠层橡胶支座和SMA绞线-叠层橡胶支座力学性能,基于Auricchio & Sacco本构模型分析形状记忆合金材料的超弹性特性,采用有限元方法分别建立这两种橡胶支座模型,在此基础上以位移幅值和竖向荷载作为主要影响因素,数值模拟分析得出两种橡胶支座的恢复力-位移滞回曲线,建立了位移和荷载变量对支座的等效水平刚度、等效阻尼比和单位循环耗能的关系,进而分析两种橡胶支座的性能差异,为该支座的工程设计和使用提供理论依据。
Abstract:
In order to study the mechanics performance difference of SMA wire-laminated rubber bearing and SMA strands laminate rubber bearing,constitutive model of Auricchio&Sacco is established to study the hyperelastic characters of SMA.Taking the displacement amplitude and vertical load as the main factors,finite element model is established based on SMA wire-laminated rubber bearing and SMA strands laminate rubber bearing.The restoring force displacement-hysteresis curves of SMA wire-laminated rubber bearing and SMA strands laminate rubber bearing were established.The curves about displacement amplitude and the vertical load on the SMA wire and wire-laminated rubber bearing equivalent horizontal stiffness and equivalent damping ratio and energy consumption were established.This study analyzed the differences about laminated rubber bearing and provided the basis to engineering use and design.
