以建筑物震害预测分析为基础,以街道办事处为单元,用最新的人口调查数据对福建省漳州市区进行了不同地震烈度情况下的人员伤亡预测,并提出了地震灾害中因建筑物倒塌而被压埋人员的评估方法,初步预测了不同地震烈度下、不同时间段内各街道办事处可能的压埋人数。这一结果对于制定地震紧急救援决策和灾害减轻措施、采取有效的地震应急响应具有重要的辅助决策意义。

In this paper,we propose an analytical method to evaluate the number of casualties,injured and trapped victims under different seismic intensities.This method is developed based on the earthquake hazard and vulnerability analysis of building and local population nose-count data.Taking Zhangzhou city as an example,we estimate the number of casualties,injured and trapped victims under seismic intensity VII,VIII,IX,and X respectively.Such information is critical for the local government in earthquake response,emergency management,as well as in preparedness for earthquake search and rescue mission.
