摘要:
从功能上描述了云南地震应急指挥中心的基本构成,总结了汶川8.0级地震后,云南地震应急指挥中心的应急工作过程和经验教训,指出了本次地震应急工作中通讯网络模式等方面存在的不足与缺陷,提出了云南地震应急双向连接、横向联动的新应急模式。
Abstract:
We function-specifically introduce the main structure of Yunnan Earthquake Emergency Response Command Center and review the emergency response process of the 2008 Wenchuan,Sichuan,MS8.0 earthquake and the lessons we have learnt. We find the limitations and weakness in our communication network pattern and propose a new emergency response pattern of both-way junction and coordinate joint action.
