On February 8,2017,a MS4.9 earthquake occurred in Ludian,and the earthquake disaster area was located in the high intensity area of the “8·03” Ludian MS6.5 earthquake,which belonged to the area of earthquake restoration and reconstruction,and the main structure of this area was brick-concrete structure. For this kind of good seismic performance of buildings,the earthquake damage characteristics was not obvious.In order to evaluate the earthquake intensity and accumulate experience for this situation,we used the comprehensive evaluation method,which based on the severity of the relevant norms and on-site household survey,focused on housing weakness and structural unreasonable parts of the earthquake damage phenomenon,and also combined with the characteristics of new and old buildings.
