- Abstract:

In order to study the influence of the core-hole size on the seismic performance of the traditional expansive polystyrene granule cement(EPSC)latticed concrete walls, two traditional EPSC latticed concrete walls are subjected to lateral cyclic loading. The core-hole diameters of the specimens are 160 mm and 120 mm respectively.By the test, the failure mode and bearing capacity, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, stiffness degradation and other seismic performance of each specimen were compared. The results show that the composite wall with a large core-hole diameter has better seismic performance; as the core-hole diameter increases, the bearing capacity, lateral stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the composite wall improve to some degree.
