- The video conference system is an important part of the emergency command and control system at all levels.Based on the main features of the cloud technology,this paper studies the design idea and application method of the cloud video technology in the provincial earthquake emergency command system,and established a cloud video application prototype system in Yunnan Province earthquake emergency command technology platform.And then we conducted a technical test.At last,we discussed the construction of future earthquake emergency command cloud video platform.
