At 12:52 on September 5,2022,a 6.8-magnitude earthquake occurred in Luding County,Ganzi Prefecture of Sichuan Province.Based on the field investigation data in the disaster area,the main structural types and characteristics of the buildings in the area are summarized.The typical seismic damage to each type of buildings is introduced,and the causes which lead to the damage are analyzed.Through the statistics of damage data,the seismic damage matrix of various types of structures in this earthquake-disaster area is established.By comparing with the previous research results in the related field,the distribution characteristics of each damage grade of various types of buildings are analyzed.The seismic fragility curve of the masonry building is established.Finally,according to the damage characteristics of buildings in the disaster area,some suggestions for improving the earthquake resistance of buildings in the disaster area are presented.
