In order to provide reliable and efficient emergent earthquake information to the public,this article proposes a four-layer technical architecture scheme based on the business requirements of the earthquake warning information release,including data access layer,core business layer,middleware layer,and application service layer.The MQTT protocol,data encryption,information verification and other technologies are studied,and an MQTT based information release protocol is developed to ensure the security and stability of data transmission through data encryption and Token verification mechanisms,achieving efficient information release services.By analyzing the timeliness and reliability of warning events,the feasibility of the release protocol and the technical architecture studied in this paper has been verified.The results provide technical solutions for the national intensity rapid reporting and the early warning engineering information release,and have been applied into this information release system which provides the earthquake early warning information services for governments at all levels,schools and the public.Through comparative analysis of the information release time,the reception time and the response time,etc.of 86 emergent earthquake events in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Sichuan-Yunnan region,Xinjiang and Gansu,we obtain the average release time is about 570 ms, indicating the feasibility of the release protocol and the technical architecture studied in this paper.
