After the construction project of the Tenth Five-Year Plan,automation has been implemented in the working process of the earthquake precursory observatory network,which includes data collecting,data importing and data synchronizing etc.It is necessary to implement Real-Time monitoring for the devices with the widely using of the earthquake precursory devices,but the stipulation implemented by the devices is lack of dynamic information transferring conventions.This paper introduces a method to solve this problem and implement the functions of dynamic alerting and dynamic monitoring in a simple way.Also this paper shows the framework and work flow of the implementation of this method in a real project and it can meet the requirements.
