- Abstract:
- We function-specifically introduce the main structure of Yunnan Earthquake Emergency Response Command Center and review the emergency response process of the 2008 Wenchuan,Sichuan,MS8.0 earthquake and the lessons we have learnt. We find the limitations and weakness in our communication network pattern and propose a new emergency response pattern of both-way junction and coordinate joint action.
