- Abstract:
- We carry out the structural pulsating reaction test and the modal analysis for East Tower and West Tower in Quanzhou of Fujian using Type SLJ-100 three-component dynamic balance accelerometer developed by Engineering Mechanics Institute,CEA.This work will provide reference for the measurement and investigation of similar ancient pagodas.We also present the formula for calculating natural vibration period of ancient masonry pagodas.It could be used in earthquake-proof calculation,identification and reinforcement of ancient pagodas.
