Based on the connectivity map and the linear planning,this paper constructs a model of post-earthquake resettlement for the earthquake-hit civilians.The model uses the Floyd algorithm to calculate the shortest route from the residential areas to the emergency shelters and uses the linear planning under the condition of constraints to calculate the optimal number of resettlements,so as to get the shortest evacuation route,the least evacuation time,and the optimized allocation of the resettled people.The model proposed in this paper is applied to the study of Lin'an Town,Jianshui County of Yunnan Province in the case of being hit by Intensity Ⅷ in an earthquake event.The route and the number of the resettled people are calculated with the model,and the optimal people resettlement scheme is obtained.The model proves feasible.
